Do both partners pay separately?
No. One subscription covers your shared Pragma practice for both of you. You each get your own private account and sessions under the same plan.
What happens after the 7-day free trial?
You only continue if you choose to. If you subscribe, billing begins when the trial ends; if you don't, your account simply pauses. We'll remind you before the trial is up — no silent charges.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Because subscriptions run through the App Store or Google Play, you cancel from your device's subscription settings in a couple of taps, and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
Why is it cheaper in the app and not on the web?
Subscriptions are purchased through Apple and Google's secure in-app systems, which handle payment, receipts and cancellation. The web is where you start your free trial and learn how Pragma works.
