Pair, once
Sign up, and connect with your partner using an 8-character invite code. From then on Pragma treats you as one shared practice — with two private accounts. Only one partner needs to start; the other can join whenever.
Choose how you want to talk
Voice or chat, and which of the three coaches fits your mood — Juno for warmth, Dr. Aria for structure, Kai for momentum. In voice mode you simply speak; Pragma listens, responds in real time, and watches a gentle fifteen-minute clock so sessions stay focused.
Have the conversation
The coach asks about your week, reflects back what it's hearing, and helps you name what's actually going on — using the same moves a trained couples therapist would. It ends, every time, on one specific thing to try: a question to ask, a repair to offer, a small habit for tomorrow.
Pragma remembers
Your session is summarized and folded into a shared, privacy-aware memory. Over days it connects the dots — the recurring argument, the bid that keeps getting missed — so the coaching gets sharper. Your transcripts stay yours; only insights you've allowed are shared with your partner.
Go deeper, weekly
Each week Pragma assigns a structured exercise — a Gottman love-map, an EFT repair conversation, a daily appreciation practice — split into short steps you do across the week. This is where the real change compounds.
